They are in three main locations: Eastlake, Portage Bay, and Westlake, which is where Tom Hanks' houseboat floated in Sleepless in Seattle.

Most are located on one of the city's 70 private docks, and since they are gated, they are quite hard to get to -- unless you visit by kayak!
