San Juan Island, Washington State (16 x 24 / 40 x 60 cm)
Washington State is my home state and is full of beautiful places, including Mount Rainier, Seattle, and the Olympic Peninsula. But perhaps the most beautiful might be the San Juan Islands, including San Juan Island, home to Friday Harbor, Lime Kiln Lighthouse, and much more.
The week we spent here was magical, especially the morning I stumbled upon a red fox napping in the middle of the road. Just as amazing was the morning, I got up at 4:30 AM to watch the sun come up over the harbor. It was tough getting up so early, but absolutely worth it!
