Malaysia's Crazily Colorful Batu Caves (30x40 cm / 12x16)
Eight miles from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia stands one of the most amazing temples I've ever seen -- Batu Caves.
And I've seen a lot of amazing temples.
This Hindu complex is largely situated inside a 400-million-year-old limestone cave and is most famous for the 272 colorful steps leading you up to the temple.
Everywhere you turn are Hindu gods and goddesses watching over you, most notably Lord Murugan.
Plus monkeys; lots and lots of monkeys.
